Caddis Consultancy act as the Lead Project Manager for the delivery of construction projects, including delivery of business premises relocation or refurbishment from inception to occupation. Our experience allows us to identify risks at an early stage, mitigate the issue at the appropriate time, and work with our client’s team to deliver their project on time and to budget. Caddis Consultancy work with the client team to agree the brief at an early stage, agree budgets, key dates and financial commitments, and oversee the project works through to completion and occupation.

Caddis Consultancy provides Project Management & Contract Administration services for a range of projects and types of property, including:

  • Lead project Manager and Employer’s Agent services for new build developments, from multi-storey office developments to warehousing, to
  • Lead Project Manager and Contract Administration services for corporate fit outs and CAT B occupation works, including large scale corporate HQ’s to bespoke office fit outs to warehouse fit outs and hi-bay racking or mezzanine installs, to
  • Project Monitoring and reporting upon new build or CAT A refurbishments for occupiers as part of their due diligence before occupation or within a pre-contract for occupation or as part of bank monitoring and funding arrangements.
  • Furniture selection and procurement,
  • Move management and filing review at the existing premises,
