Caddis Consultancy

Caddis Consultancy provides professional advice and services to built asset investors and occupiers alike, either as the lead sole consultant or as part of a wider team. Our services include pre-acquisition advice and due diligence surveys before occupation or purchase; lease end liability and dilapidations advice and negotiations; through to project management & contract administration services for both new build construction and fit out & refurbishment of existing property stock.

Our expert team is highly qualified, reliable and professional. We are also able to provide recommendations for M+E Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Party Wall surveyors and Structural Engineering services through our links to other similar bespoke businesses and expert individuals.

Leadership

Caddis Consultancy was formed in 2010 by Principal and MD Paul Phillips. The senior team below each have over 20 years’ experience in the UK and Europe’s Real Estate and Construction sectors, allowing them to provide strategic advice and tailored services to business premises occupiers and owners, and to suit all project and trigger event scenarios. Caddis prides itself on providing exemplary advice and services to clients and are always forming long term relationships and contacts with key members of business units.

Paul Phillips MRICS

Managing Director

Paul is a Chartered Surveyor, Principal and Managing Director at Caddis Consultancy. Having formed Caddis in 2010, Paul has worked with a number of FTSE 250 companies and developers in the UK and Europe, providing key project procurement and development advice and services for delivery of client’s relocations and projects, on time and on budget. Paul also advises upon and negotiates Dilapidations matters for Landlords and Tenants, including providing Expert Witness reports. In addition, Paul provide technical due diligence surveys and reports for client property acquisitions.

David Webber
MRICS

David is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience of the UK construction industry. With Caddis David advises Bank Funders on residential development projects as well as leasehold advisory reports for occupiers of commercial premises and property inspections identifying defects and remedial works required.

Jon Bird
MIRCS IMaPS

Jon is a Chartered Building Surveyor and a member of the Association of Project Safety. Jon specialises in pre-acquisition surveys for investment purchases and occupiers of commercial property. Jon also advises upon and negotiates Dilapidations matters for Landlords and Tenants.
